设计并合成了五种2-酰胺基-5-氧-2-四氢呋喃羧酸类新的抗菌剂。它们的化学结构经MS、IR、1H-NMR证实。合成的化合物对所试的20株革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌中的大多数具有抗菌活性,化合物3e对大多数菌的抗菌活性与头孢曲松相当。
Five novel antibacterial agents of 2-carboxamido-5-oxo-2-tetrahydrofurancarboxylic acid have been designed and synthesized. Their chemical structures were confirmed by MS, IR, 1H-NMR. The synthesized compounds have antibacterial activity against the majority of the 20 Gram-positive and -negative bacteria tested, and the antibacterial activity of compound 3e against most bacteria is comparable to ceftriaxone.
