钢筋混凝土加速澄清池是目前国内自来水净水厂采用较多的一种构筑物,倒圆锥形斜壁是澄清池施工中难度最大的一部份。我们在某水厂工程中,对传统施工工艺作了改进,采用敞开式无木模施工。建成后使用效果良好。一、工程概况倒圆锥形斜壁上口直径12.98m,下口直径7.9m,垂直高度2.98m,斜向长度4.24m,展开面积140m~2,壁厚0.25m。该壁系外壁,且有相当部份外露于地表,施工质量要求较高。进行敞开式无木模施工的要求是:(1)综合使用砖模、土模和混凝土薄板来代替传
