本文分析1980年1月～1987年10月来我院就诊的108例脑部疾患的血气测定结果。一、一般资料: 本组108例中男76例,女32例。年龄8天～79岁(平均46.2岁)。其中急性脑血管病53例、脑肿瘤22例、脑外伤18例、脑炎8例、肺性脑病6例、脑脓肿1例。病程1～55天,平均14.8天。二、血气测定结果: 血气测定类型见附表。昏迷患者25例,均为低氧血症(100％)。嗜睡患者40例,有低氧血症者13例(32.2％)。清醒患者43例,有低氧血症者4例(9.3％)。低氧
This article analyzes the blood gas results of 108 brain disorders treated in our hospital from January 1980 to October 1987. First, the general information: This group of 108 patients, 76 males and 32 females. Age 8 days to 79 years (average 46.2 years old). Including 53 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease, brain tumors in 22 cases, 18 cases of brain injury, encephalitis in 8 cases, 6 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy, brain abscess in 1 case. Duration of 1 to 55 days, an average of 14.8 days. Second, the blood gas determination results: Blood gas determination type see schedule. 25 patients with coma, all hypoxemia (100%). Drowsiness in 40 patients, 13 cases of hypoxemia (32.2%). 43 cases of awake patients, hypoxemia in 4 cases (9.3%). Hypoxia
