目的以上海市徐汇区卫生监督机构行政指导培训服务工作的满意度着手,研究基层卫生监督机构行政指导培训服务服务工作中积累的经验及存在的问题。方法采用AHP(层次分析法)与调查法相结合的方法。结果管理相对人对于基层卫生监督机构行政指导培训服务工作的满意度较高,平均满意度为96.58%,最倾向于卫生监督员在现场执法监督中的直接工作指导。结论根据调查结果,基层卫生监督机构应积极提倡培训服务主体多元化,拓展培训服务对象,改进培训服务模式;在培训服务形式方面积极丰富指导内涵;培训服务内容可形成点面指导相结合、分类指导与个别指导相结合、普遍指导与特殊指导相结合的新型培训服务组织形式;培训服务方式要引入现代信息技术为特征的、新型的现代沟通方式。
Objective To study the satisfaction and satisfaction of the administrative guidance and training services of the health supervisory agencies in Xuhui District, Shanghai, and to study the accumulated experience and existing problems in the administrative guidance and training services of grass-roots health supervision agencies.
