介绍了通过预乳化再开环聚合制备有机硅微乳液的合成原理、合成工艺及工业化试生产结果，测试了该硅微乳液的成膜性、稳定性和配伍性。
The synthesis principle, synthesis process and pilot production results of the silicone microemulsion prepared by pre-emulsified redone ring-opening polymerization were introduced. The film-forming property, stability and compatibility of the silicone microemulsion were tested.
