2006年1月1日,新修订的《公司法》和《公司登记管理条例》开始实施了。为了更好地贯彻实施新修订的《公司法》和《公司登记管理条例》,2005年12月23日至24日,国家工商总局在京举办了全国企业登记管理干部培训班。各省、自治区、直辖市和副省级市工商局分管企业登记管理工作的领导、企业登记处长、外资登记处长参加了培训。国家工商总局刘玉亭副局长在培训班上做了重要讲话,对全国工商机关在新形势下提高履行法律赋予职责的能力,作好企业登记管理工作提出要求。本期我们围绕新修订的《公司法》和《公司登记管理条例》,约请国家工商总局有关司局领导以及国务院法制办全程参与《公司法》修改工作的姜天波处长撰写文章,供读者参考。
January 1, 2006, the newly revised “Company Law” and “Regulations on the Registration of Companies” came into operation. In order to better implement the newly revised “Company Law” and “Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration,” from December 23 to 24, 2005, the SAIC held a training course on corporate registration management in Beijing. The leaders of the enterprises in charge of registration and management of enterprises in provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and sub-provincial cities and municipalities in charge of business registration, the director of enterprise registration and the director of foreign capital registration attended the training. SAIC Vice Minister Liu Yuting made an important speech in the training class and put forward requirements for the industrial and commercial authorities across the country to improve their ability to perform duties assigned by law under the new situation and do a good job in registering and managing enterprises. In this Issue, we revise the “Company Law” and the “Regulations on the Administration of Company Registration”, and invite the leaders of relevant SAIC branches and Legal Affairs Office of the State Council to participate in the revision of the Company Law, and write an article for readers’ reference .
