目的探讨咽部异物的特点及治疗愈后。方法我科2007年1月至2009年6月我科共收治咽部异物312例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果均在1周内痊愈,8例造成舌系带轻度损伤,未发生其他并发症。上述患者经3～7d均获痊愈,未出现死亡或造成不良后果者。结论治疗咽异物的关键是要找到异物而找到异物的关键是要看清咽部,尤其是扁桃体、舌根和梨状窝的每一个细部。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of thoracic foreign body and the healing after treatment. Methods A total of 312 cases of throat foreign bodies were treated in our department from January 2007 to June 2009, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The results were cured within 1 week, 8 cases of tongue laceration caused by mild injury, no other complications. The above patients were recovered after 3 ~ 7d, did not appear to die or cause adverse consequences. Conclusion The key to the treatment of throat foreign body is to find foreign body to find the key foreign body is to see the pharynx, especially the tonsils, tongue base and pear-shaped fossa every detail.
