在经济全球化的影响下,市场竞争日趋激烈化,企业的生存和发展也因此而面临着巨大的挑战。企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中胜出,关键就在企业对其营运资金的管理上。由此可见,企业对其营运资金的管理在企业的生存发展过程中起着至关重要的作用。本文结合现今的市场环境,就企业在进行营运资金管理过程中出现的问题做了详尽分析,并针对这些问题提出了应对措施。
Under the influence of economic globalization, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and the survival and development of enterprises are facing enormous challenges. Enterprises can win the fierce market competition, the key is in the business management of their working capital. Thus, the management of the company’s working capital plays an important role in the survival and development of the enterprise. This article combined with the current market environment, made a detailed analysis of the problems that enterprises appear in the process of working capital management, and put forward countermeasures against these problems.
