利用低分辨质子核磁共振波谱仪,采用双重抑制法抑制血中水的质子峰,并和由作者曾报道过的冷冻干燥法及国外报道的预饱和法进行比较,对236价临床血标本的甲基和次甲基的平均线宽进行测量和分析比较。结果表明,恶性肿瘤患者血的甲基和次甲基峰的平均线宽值明显低于正常人和良性肿瘤患者,其差异非常显著(P<0.001)。这一结果为临床检测提供了有价值的数据,同时可用来监测癌症病人的治疗过程。
Using a low-resolution proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer to suppress the proton peak of blood in water by dual inhibition method, and compared with the freeze-drying method and the foreign reported pre-saturation method reported by the authors. The average line width of the base and methine was measured and analyzed. The results showed that the average line widths of methyl and methine peaks in patients with malignant tumors were significantly lower than those in normal and benign tumors, with significant differences (P<0.001). This result provides valuable data for clinical testing and can be used to monitor the treatment of cancer patients.
