依据储量较大的稠油区块J45块10年多的开发实践，分析了边底水活跃的稠油吞吐开发后期存在的主要矛盾，同时为解决开发矛盾而提出三项提高采收率技术途径，并对其效果进行了总结分析，希望这些方法能对类似油藏的合理开发调整提供值得借鉴的经验。
