目的了解细河区四合镇2009~2010年地氟病的发病概况及地方性氟中毒防治工作进展情况。方法按照“全国地方性氟中毒方案”的要求,调查四合镇饮水含氟量现况并对10户监测点居民末梢水含氟量进行重点监测,调查该点8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率、氟斑牙指数以及即时尿含氟量。结果四合镇29处正在使用的降氟设施水含氟量是0.20~0.44mg/L(≤0.5mg/L)。末梢水含量监测均在0.5mg/L以下;尿含氟量几何均数为0.85mg/L,0.47mg/L,氟斑牙指数分别是0.29,0.28。结论通过改水降氟在整体上有效的控制了地方性氟中毒的发生。
Objective To understand the incidence of endemic fluorosis and the progress of endemic fluorosis prevention and control in Sihe Town, Fuhe District from 2009 to 2010. Methods According to the requirements of the “National Fluorine Poisoning Program”, the status quo of fluoride content in drinking water in Sihe Town was investigated and the fluoride content in the peripheral water of residents at 10 monitoring points was monitored. Fluoride content in children aged 8 ~ 12 years The prevalence of dental fluorosis, dental fluorosis index, and immediate urine fluoride content. Results The fluoride content of fluoride-reducing facilities in 29 places in Sihe Town was 0.20 ~ 0.44mg / L (≤0.5mg / L). The monitoring of peripheral water content was below 0.5mg / L; the geometric mean of urinary fluoride content was 0.85mg / L, 0.47mg / L, and the dental fluorosis index was 0.29 and 0.28 respectively. Conclusions The overall fluoride poisoning control has resulted in the control of endemic fluorosis.
