山东寿光县总面积2200平方公里,辖10个镇24个乡,人口100多万。共有乡镇以上医院41处,药品生产、经营企业9处,村厂矿校卫生室1156个。在这样一个人多地广的县辖区内,如何按照国家颁布的《药品管理法》实行对药品的监督管理,保证人民群众,尤其是广大农民的用药安全、有效,是一个非常重要的问题。本文结合我县药品监督管理工作的实践,对如何加强县级药品监督管理工作,作一些探讨。
Shouguang County, Shandong Province, a total area of 2200 square kilometers, administer 10 towns 24 townships, population 1000000. There are 41 townships and towns hospitals, 9 drug production and operation enterprises, and 1156 clinics of mines and schools in village factories. How to supervise and administer medicines in accordance with the “Drug Administration Law” promulgated by the state in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication for the people, especially the vast majority of peasants, is a very important issue in such a county-wide counties. Based on the practice of drug supervision and management in our county, this article makes some discussions on how to strengthen the supervision and management of drug at the county level.
