目的:制备垂盆草滴丸,并用高效液相色谱法测定垂盆草滴丸中异鼠李素的含量。方法:以异鼠李素为指标成分控制含量,提取垂盆草浸膏,以PEG 4000-PEG 6000(1:1)为基质,液体石蜡为冷凝液制备滴丸;采用 ODS-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相采用甲醇-0.4%磷酸(55: 45);流速1.0mL·min~(-1)检测波长360 nm。结果:滴丸圆整度、硬度好,溶出快;质量浓度在2.82～28.20 mg·L~(-1)范围内线性良好,r=0.999 8(n=8),方法平均回收率为99.79%.RSD为1.93%(n=9)。结论:本制备方法简便可行,分析方法可用于控制垂盆草滴丸中有效成分的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare the pelvic floor dropping pills and determine the content of isorhamnetin in Sipencao Dripping Pills by HPLC. Methods: The content was controlled with isorhamnetin as the index component, and the sapling herb extract was extracted. The PEG 4000-PEG 6000 (1:1) was used as matrix and the liquid paraffin was used as the condensate to prepare the dropping pills. ODS-C_(18) was used. On a (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (55: 45); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 360 nm. Results: The dropping pills had good roundness, good hardness and rapid dissolution. The mass concentration was linear in the range of 2.82-28.20 mg·L-1, r=0.999 8(n=8). The average recovery rate of the method was 99.79%. The RSD was 1.93% (n=9). Conclusion: The preparation method is simple and feasible, and the analysis method can be used to control the content of active ingredients in the swards.
