固定资产投资规模有两个类型:一是年度投资规模,即一个国家或地区在一个年度内实际完成的固定资产投资额,它反映一个国家或地区在一年之中用于固定资产再生产的人力、物力和财力的数量;二是在建投资规模,也叫建设投资总规模,即一个国家或地区当年施工的建设项目全部建成需要的投资。年度投资超过当年的国力可能,就表现为年度投资规模过大;在建投资规模超过一个时期的经济承受能力,就表现为一个国家或地区铺开的建设战线
