目前,国内设计制造的渐开线少齿差传动,普遍采用短齿(f_(?)=0.6~0.8),大变位系数(x>1.5)的内啮合齿轮副来实现无干涉连续传动。这不仅设计计算十分复杂,而且给制造也带来了一定困难,以致在一定程度上限制这种传动的应用和推广。本文结合我们在《少齿差减速零齿差输出矿用调度绞车》研制工作中的体会,着重阐述采用正常齿(f_(?)=1),压力角(α_(?)=20°)和小变位系数(x(?)1)的渐开线内啮合齿轮副,实现重合度大于1,完全没有干涉的少齿差传动的可能性和优越性。
