The open market economy poses severe challenges to the operation and management of enterprises. The endless food safety incidents have aroused strong reactions from all sectors of society. How to understand the public relations crisis and carry out effective crisis management has become an important issue for corporate management. This article introduced the five major crises in the food industry at the present stage and put forward relevant measures for crisis management.
