非骨化性纤维瘤,极为少见。对于这种病变是否是一个真正的肿瘤,目前仍有争论,有的学者认为应属于一种来自骨髓的原始结缔组织的良性骨肿瘤;有的认为是原发于骺板软骨的骨生长障碍,并非一种真正的骨肿瘤,因而命名为骨皮质纤维性干骺端缺损。我院发现1例,经X线检查和手术、病理证实,特报告如下。患者,男,36岁,住院号41672。左膝关节内下方疼痛半年余,活动后加剧。局部无红肿,有轻微压痛,未触及软组织肿块。无全身症状。1979年 Non-ossifying fibroma, extremely rare.
