传统的教学是以讲解知识概念问题引入,教师通过讲解理论要点、学生实训的教学模式。这种教学模式难以激起学生的学习激情。从社会的发展、各企业对人才的要求来看,传统的教学模式培养出来的学生难以适应社会激烈的竞争,所以教改势在必行。一体化教学是将“教”“学”“做”三位为一体的教学模式,将理论课与实操课相结合,学生通过实操学到理论知识,所学的理论知识也能更好更灵活地运用到实际项目中,所培养出来的学生更能胜任企业对人才的需求。
