首先分析知识链成员间收益分配的三个影响因素,即知识链的总收益、知识链成员的贡献及知识链成员承担的风险,并指出知识链收入分配的原则;其次,提出与知识链成员对知识链收益的贡献和承担的风险两个因素相关的收益分配模型;再次,举例论证知识链成员的贡献和风险的确定方法;最后,说明如何确定知识链成员间的收益分配方案。
Firstly, it analyzes the three influencing factors of the income distribution among the members of the knowledge chain, namely the total income of the knowledge chain, the contribution of the knowledge chain members and the risks assumed by the members of the knowledge chain, and points out the principle of income distribution in the knowledge chain; secondly, proposes the knowledge chain members. The income distribution model related to the contribution to the knowledge chain revenue and the risk assumed; again, an example to demonstrate the method of determining the contribution and risk of the knowledge chain members; finally, explain how to determine the income distribution scheme among the members of the knowledge chain.
