《三国演义》是中国古典四大名著之一,描写的是公元185到公元280之间近100年的中国历史风云。特别是魏、蜀、吴三大政治、军事集团风云激荡的斗争凸显了中华民族独特的智慧。魏、蜀、吴三国之间的战争中涌现出来的各路豪杰,绝大多数在中国家喻户晓,许多智勇忠烈的经历成为中国人民耳熟能详的传奇故事。毛泽东一生的读书生活都没有离开过《三国演义》,多次在党的干部会议上,借用《三国演义》演义中的故事强调人才对取得事业成功的重要性。[1]
The Romance of the Three Kingdoms is one of the four famous Chinese classical works, depicting the Chinese history of the past 100 years between AD 185 and AD 280. The struggle between the three big political and military blocs, including Wei, Shu and Wu, highlights the unique wisdom of the Chinese nation. The vast majority of heroic and heroic figures emerging from the wars between Wei, Shu and Wu Sanguo have been widely known in China and many of the heroic and valiant experiences have become legendary stories that the Chinese people know well. Mao Tse-tung did not leave his “Romance of Three Kingdoms” throughout his life, repeatedly borrowing the story of “Romance of the Three Kingdoms” at the party’s cadre conference to emphasize the importance of talent for the success of his career.
