太仓万达广场场地属于长江三角洲冲积平原区,水系发育,场地上部存在较厚的软土。桩基设计考虑施工因素,为保证桩基质量,采用钻孔灌注桩。主要就如何控制钻孔灌注桩的造价进行了不同桩径、桩端是否后注浆、抗拔桩裂缝控制不同取值、抗拔桩是否按实际反力分级配筋、抗拔桩是否分段配筋等对比分析,提出了尽量采用较小直径的桩、抗压桩采用桩端后注浆、位于无侵蚀性稳定水位以下的抗拔桩裂缝控制取0.3mm、抗拔桩根据实际反力采用分级配筋、抗拔桩采用分段配筋等多种控制方法,可供同类型桩基设计参考。
