第一章西藏远古史一“博”称谓的由来吾侪之境域,最初便唤之为“博”。此称呼如何形成,其内涵又是什么,在西藏王朝史和宗教源流史中没有发现对此术语之解释。近代著名历史学家根顿群培在其所著《自史》中,对此称呼作了最初考证。详细论述参见该原著。其中指出:“所言‘博’一词,诠显何义耶?或是此乃随意立名,无意义可言也。”继而又说:或是将王名立为地名也。如依“雍仲本”教派所见,“谓初名本境,后渐转变成博境。”此等说法尽管作为参考材料提出来,并未断言,然而更使我们赞同这位学者的用意。何况,根据
