Parameter quantification principle of three-dimensional(3-D) fluorescent spe ctrum and its realization technique are studied. The portab le fiber-optic fluorescent measurer for mineral oil is given. Thr ee parameters of the exciting light wavelength, the wavelength and the intensity of the fluorescent light excited by the measured oil are expressed with 3-D co ordinates and are processed so as to be sampled again and to be curve fitted.
