如何更好地吸引海外留学人员以各种形式回国创业或就业,不仅已经成为各地政府、创业园区的工作重点之一,也为海外留学人员社团所关注。近期,全法中国学者学生联合会(以下简称“全法学联”)与常州市共建的“旅法博士留学生中国(常州)创业基地”正式启动,为留法学人提供了回国创业就业的平台。本期刊登全法学联现任主席龚笃晟的文章,希望他的亲身经历对海外其他社团有所借鉴。
