跨海管道路由是跨海管道工程设计和建设的关键,路由的选择和布置是否科学合理事关工程总投资、建设工期和工程的安全稳定运行。该文初步分析平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程跨海坛海峡供水管道路由选择的决策过程,供类似工程参考。
Cross-sea pipeline routing is the key to the design and construction of cross-sea pipeline projects. The selection and arrangement of routes are scientifically and reasonably related to the total investment in the project, the construction period and the safe and stable operation of the project. This paper analyzes the decision-making process of cross-sea channel cross-sea channel routing for Pingtan and Minjiang Estuary water resources allocation project for reference of similar projects.
