目的观察加强人文关怀护理对传染科护理质量的影响。方法选取我院传染科于2014年6月至2015年6月收治的患者80例作为研究对象,运用随机分组的方法,将其分成实验组和对照组,为对照组患者实施常规护理措施,实验组患者在对照组患者护理措施基础之上,实施人文关怀护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度和不良反应发生情况。结果实验组40例患者护理总满意度为95.0%,对照组40例患者护理总满意度为80.0%。实验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组患者。实验组患者发生不良反应的概率明显低于对照组患者,两组比较,P<0.05,差异统计学意义显著。结论在传染科护理工作中,加强人文关怀护理能够有效提升传染科护理质量,提升护理满意度,避免发生不良反应,因此,应在临床中广泛推广和使用。
Objective To observe the influence of humanistic nursing care on the quality of nursing in infectious diseases. Methods Eighty patients were selected from Department of Infectious Diseases in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, Patients in the control group on the basis of nursing care measures, the implementation of humane care nursing, nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared with the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total satisfaction rate of 40 patients in the experimental group was 95.0%, while the satisfaction rate of the 40 patients in the control group was 80.0%. The nursing satisfaction of patients in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group. The probability of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the nursing of infectious diseases, strengthening the care of humanistic care can effectively improve the quality of infectious care and improve nursing satisfaction and avoid adverse reactions. Therefore, it should be widely promoted and used clinically.
