目的:本实验采用微滤法对丁香挥发油含油水体进行油水分离,达到富集丁香挥发油的目的。方法:以丁香含油水体为分离对象,以通量和COD截留率为指标,来优化膜材质和压力、膜面转速、温度等操作条件。结果:应用QWLM亲水微滤膜,在压力为0.06 MPa,温度为60℃,搅拌速度150 r.min-1条件下油水分离效果最佳。结论:微滤法用于丁香挥发油含油水体的油水分离,富集丁香挥发油具有可行性。
OBJECTIVE: In this experiment, micro-filtration method was used to separate oil-water of clove volatile oil-bearing water body, so as to enrich clove volatile oil. Methods: The clove oil-bearing water body was used as the separation target. The flux and COD rejection rate were taken as indexes to optimize the operating conditions of membrane material and pressure, membrane surface speed and temperature. Results: The best water-oil separation effect was obtained with QWLM hydrophilic microfiltration membrane under the pressure of 0.06 MPa, the temperature of 60 ℃ and the stirring speed of 150 r.min-1. CONCLUSION: Microfiltration is an effective method for oil-water separation of clove volatile oil-bearing water and enrichment of clove volatile oil.
