目的观察和比较白大衣性高血压(WCHT)、隐蔽性高血压(MHT)和持续性高血压(SHT)者高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)及颈股动脉脉搏波传导速度(cfPWV)水平的变化与差异。方法入选的受试者包括:MHT(诊室血压<140/90mm Hg,白天动态血压≥135/85mm Hg,MHT组,n=120)、WCHT(诊室血压≥140/90mm Hg,白天动态血压<135/85mm Hg,WCHT组,n=158)及SHT(诊室血压≥140/90mm Hg,且白天动态血压≥135/85mm Hg,SHT组,n=186),以同期年龄与性别比例匹配的正常血压者(诊室血压<140/90mm Hg,且白天动态血压<135/85mm Hg)为对照组(n=140)。检测和比较各组受试者hsCRP和cfPWV水平的变化与差异。结果WCHT、MHT、SHT的cfPWV[WCHT组(7.23±0.76),MHT组(7.55±0.78),SHT组(9.78±0.94)比对照组(6.28±0.65)m/s]和hsCRP[WCHT组(5.29±0.54),MHT组(5.82±0.56),SHT组(8.48±0.87)比对照组(3.22±0.36)mg/L]水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。SHT组hsCRP和PWV水平高于WCHT和MHT组(均P<0.05),但WCHT和MHT组间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。Pearson线性相关分析显示,hsCRP与cfPWV呈正相关(r=0.344,P<0.01)。结论不同类型血压者的hsCRP和cfPWV存在差异。
Objective To observe and compare the changes of hsCRP and cfPWV in white coat hypertension (WCHT), latent hypertension (MHT) With the difference.
