近几年,思想政治工作部门面临的环境比较“冷”,许多政工干部存在“失落感”、“危机感”,这种状况与全面深化改革的形势极不相称。如何认识这种复杂的社会现象?不负责任地发几句牢骚,无济于事;空喊几句“只能加强,不能削弱”的口号,也解决不了问题。需要的是进行科学的分析。回顾党的历史,思想政治工作所面临的环境时冷时热,冷热交替,经过了几个春夏秋冬。认真地研究一下历史上这些变化的规律,对于我们客观地分析现实,尽快地走出困境,可能会有所帮助。
In recent years, the ideological and political work departments are facing a “cold” environment.
