创新人才大中学衔接培养实践探析——兼论高中创新班设立的必要性

在创新人才大中学衔接培养的实践中,大学层面探索较少,局限于少数院校;高中层面探索较多,不仅有政府推行的创新人才培养工程,还有高中自发的探索行为,包括面向全体学生的创新素养培育和面向部分潜质突出学生的集中培养。高中创新班系统变革传统培养方式,通过与大学的合作前置大学人才培养的理念与方式,是创新人才大中学衔接培养实践中的代表。高中创新班为具有创新潜质的学生提供适合的教育,为高中全面进行创新人才的培养先行探索经验,其设立不仅合理而且必要。 In the practice of joint innovation and cultivation of creative talents in middle and high schools, there are few exploration at the university level and limited to a few institutions.
