腹泻是最难处理的一种糖尿病胃肠道合并症,典型病人具有控制不好的Ⅰ型糖尿病及伴有进展性神经病变和其他糖尿病合并症。这种腹泻的特点是间歇性的,大量的及水样的,但偶尔是持续性的且常伴有夜间失禁。作者报道了3例经其他治疗方法无效的糖尿病腹泻病人对口服可乐宁治疗的反应。
Diarrhea is the most difficult type of gastrointestinal complication of diabetes mellitus, and typical patients have poorly controlled type 1 diabetes with progressive neuropathy and other diabetic complications. This diarrhea is characterized by intermittent, massive and watery but occasionally persistent and often accompanied by nighttime incontinence. The authors reported the response of three patients with diabetic diarrhea who were ineffective with other therapies to oral clonidine.
