面对产业集群创新系统的信息资源结构特点以及新的信息需求,传统产业集群需要从原先单一企业内部的、孤立的、分散的数据处理系统转化为产业之间的、集成化的信息资源管理系统。文章提出从技术平台构建、信息资源重组和信息机构重组三个方面建立跨企业的信息资源组织体系,同时论述了面向产业集群创新系统的信息服务系统的构建。
In the face of the structural characteristics of information resources and the new information needs of the industrial cluster innovation system, the traditional industrial clusters need to be transformed from the isolated and decentralized data processing system within the original single enterprise to the integrated information resource management system . The paper proposes to establish a cross-enterprise information resource organization system from three aspects: technology platform construction, information resource reorganization and information organization reorganization. At the same time, it discusses the construction of information service system for industrial cluster innovation system.
