以“津春2号”黄瓜种子为试材,研究了不同强度的高压电场(100、200、300、400kV/M)及PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫处理对黄瓜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫时电场处理能提高黄瓜种子的发芽率、鲜重、萌发指数和活力指数;萌发期黄瓜种子的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于对照,膜脂过氧化产物-丙二醛(MDA)含量降低;电场处理后酶活性的提高可能是静电场促进干旱条件下种子萌发的原因之一。
The effects of high intensity electric field (100, 200, 300, 400 kV / M) and PEG-6000 simulated drought stress on the cucumber seed germination were studied with “Jinchun No.2” cucumber seed. The results showed that the electric field treatment could improve the germination rate, fresh weight, germination index and vigor index of cucumber seedlings under drought stress; the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), peroxidase The activity of CAT was significantly higher than that of the control, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), a membrane lipid peroxidation product, was decreased. The increase of enzyme activity after electric field treatment may be one of the reasons that the electrostatic field could promote seed germination under drought conditions.
