用ABC免疫组化方法检测18例唾液腺粘液表皮样癌nm23基因表达。结果显示阳性染色主要见于细胞浆。粘液细胞染色最强,阳性细胞数最多,表皮样细胞欢之,中间细胞多数不着色。表明粘液细胞分化较好,表皮样细胞次之,中间细胞分化最差。7例高分化型肿瘤均为阳性;5例中分化型肿瘤4例阳性,1例阴性;6例低分化型肿瘤有1例弱阳性,5例阴性。经统计学处理,不同分化程度肿瘤间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示nm23基因表达可作为判断唾液腺粘液表皮样癌分化程度的一个指标。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of nm23 gene in 18 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of salivary gland. The results showed that positive staining mainly found in the cytoplasm. Mucin cells stained strongest, the highest number of positive cells, epidermal cells, like, most of the middle cells are not colored. Mucous cells showed better differentiation, followed by epidermal cells, the worst intermediate cell differentiation. 7 cases of well-differentiated tumors were positive; 5 cases of moderately differentiated tumors were positive in 4 cases, 1 negative; 6 cases of poorly differentiated tumors in 1 case was weakly positive and 5 cases were negative. Statistically, there was a significant difference between tumors of different degree of differentiation (P <0.05). Prompt nm23 gene expression can be used as an indicator of salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma differentiation.
