目的:探讨鼻咽癌动态增强的CT 特征,材料和方法:82 例经病理证实的原发鼻咽癌, 鼻咽部平扫后对兴趣区行同层动态增强扫描。采用ELSCINT CT- Twin 双螺旋扫描机,用自动压力注射器注药。分别测量平扫和增强后不同时刻的CT 值, 统计学处理并描绘其动态增强的时间- 密度曲线。结果:1.NPC 平扫时的CT 值均数为42 .83 ±4 .63 Hu ,增强后CT 值呈动态变化,至60 秒时达峰值,均数为79 .69 ±9 .96Hu 。2. 平扫与增强后20 -300 秒内各组CT 值均数比较有显著性差异。3. 鼻咽癌增强后30 - 300 秒内各时刻组间的CT 值均数比较无显著性差异。结论:鼻咽癌的动态增强CT 特征曲线为速升缓降型,注射造影剂后60 秒左右病变强化最明显。
Objective: To investigate the CT features, materials and methods of dynamic enhancement of nasopharyngeal carcinoma: 82 cases of primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathology. Using the ELSCINT CT-Twin double helix scanner, inject the drug with an automatic pressure syringe. The CT values at different time after plain scan and post-scan were measured, and the time-density curve with dynamic enhancement was statistically processed. Results: 1. NPC mean CT value of 42 when scanning. 83 ± 4. 63 Hu, enhanced CT value showed a dynamic change to 60 seconds when the peak, averaging 79. 69 ± 9. 96Hu. 2. The mean CT values of all groups within 20-300 seconds after plain scan and enhancement were significantly different. 3. There was no significant difference in mean CT values between groups at all time points within 30 - 300 seconds after nasopharyngeal carcinoma enhancement. CONCLUSIONS: The characteristic curve of dynamic contrast-enhanced CT in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is ascending-descending type. The most obvious lesion enhancement is about 60 seconds after injecting contrast agent.
