进入新时期以来,我国经济在各个方面均取得较快的发展,其中建筑行业也取得了举世瞩目的成就。房屋建筑工程作为整个建筑工程的主要组成部分也取得了长足的发展。房屋建筑工程是一项与国民生活联系非常紧密的工程,其建设施工的质量直接关系到人民生命财产的安全。文中从房屋建筑施工管理控制的原则分析入手,分析了房屋建筑施工管理中存在的相关问题,并提出了提升房屋建筑施工管理的相关控制措施,供相关房屋建筑技术人员参考。
Since entering a new era, China’s economy has achieved rapid development in all aspects, among which the construction industry has also made remarkable achievements. Housing construction as a major part of the entire construction project has also made considerable development. Housing construction is a very close contact with the national life of the project, the quality of construction and construction directly related to people’s lives and property safety. Beginning with the principle analysis of building construction management control, this paper analyzes the related problems existing in the building construction management and puts forward the relevant control measures to improve the construction management of the building for the reference of relevant building construction technicians.
