男学生运动员与普通男学生比,TC、LDL—C和TG,前者低于后者,且TC,LDL—C存在很显著差异(P<0.01),HDL—C/TC、HDL/LDL—C也有很显著差异(P<0.01)和显著差异(P<0.05)。女学生运动员与普通女学生比,HDL—C、HDL—C/TC、HDL—C/LDL—C都较高,TC、LDL—C、TG都较低,但相互间无显著差异。结果表明长跑运动可以改善大学生血清脂质及脂蛋白胆固醇的水平,并提示改善的程度与运动的时间和强度有关。
