目的:探讨内障丸对抗精子抗体阳性小鼠TNF-α表达的影响。方法:将成年雌性小鼠随机分为4组,用主动免疫法进行造膜,造膜后1周开始给药,连续3周。用放射免疫法检测肿瘤坏死因子。结果:内障丸组与模型组相比肿瘤坏死因子明显降低。结论:内障丸可以抑制精子抗体的产生,内障丸可以降低血清和蜕膜中异常升高的肿瘤坏死因子,全面改善外周血和子宫局部内环境,调节机体失衡的免疫状态,内障丸可以明显提高抗精子抗体阳性小鼠的窝产仔数,恢复其生殖能力,且疗效优于醋酸泼尼松组。
Objective: To investigate the effect of cataract pill on the expression of TNF-α in anti-sperm antibody-positive mice. Methods: Adult female mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. The mice were made into membranes by active immunization. The mice were dosed one week after the operation for 3 weeks. Tumor necrosis factor was detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: Tumor necrosis factor was significantly lower in the cataract pill group than in the model group. Conclusion: Naoma pills can inhibit the production of sperm antibodies, cataract pills can reduce abnormally elevated serum and decidual tumor necrosis factor, a comprehensive improvement in peripheral blood and uterine local environment, regulating the imbalance of immune status, Can significantly increase litter size in antisperm antibody-positive mice to restore their reproductive capacity, and the effect is superior to the prednisone acetate group.
