Speat-easy is a multi-band (2M ~ 2GH_z) multi-mode “software” radio station that can handle 27 waveforms and 30 kinds of networking protocols. ITT, Motorola and Sanders were responsible for 39%, 32% and 29% of the radio development work. Most recently, Motorola received a demo verification contract from the U.S. Air Force’s Rome lab for a five-year, easy-to-talk radio call worth $ 26.8 million. Motorola is the developer of Prototype Cryptography for EasyCoat, which encrypts the station with 13 cryptographic algorithms.
