目的:利用献血者电子档案信息扩大献血者队伍,促进无偿献血健康持续发展。方法:通过浙江省BIS 2.0血液信息管理系统,将献血者的个人信息、征询、体检、献血前检测、血液采集、分离、检测和发放等所有档案资料纳入信息化管理。结果:通过业务管理系统,对献血者电子档案资料进行全面分析,在献血者查询、血液检测结果回告、献血者关爱、血液告急应急血源招募和献血者满意度测评等方面能提供良好的服务。结论:完整正确的献血者电子档案信息,对无偿献血健康持续发展有着重要作用。
Objective: To make use of the information of blood donors’ electronic files to expand blood donors and promote the healthy and sustainable development of blood donation. Methods: BIS 2.0 blood information management system in Zhejiang Province was used to integrate the information of all donors such as blood donors’ personal information, consultation, physical examination, pre-donation test, blood collection, separation, detection and payment into information management. Results: Through the business management system, a comprehensive analysis of blood donors ’electronic archives data was provided. Blood donors’ inquiries, blood test results, blood donors ’care, emergency blood supply for blood emergency and blood donors’ satisfaction assessment were provided to provide a good service. Conclusion: The complete and correct electronic file information of blood donors plays an important role in the healthy and sustainable development of blood donation.
