为提高多核苷酸磷酸化酶的收率，对原有提取工艺进行改进，将大肠杆菌经破壁后离心所丢弃的沉淀，再次破壁抽提。结果表明，第二次提取的酶比活比第一次的要高；杂蛋白明显少于第一次，且收率也高5％左右。
