Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Wujian Group has adhered to the Party’s emancipative thinking and the ideological line of seeking truth from facts. Adhering to practice is the sole criterion for testing truth, and it has embarked on a road of enterprise development that reforms and develops industries and develops strong businesses. The Wujian Group has undergone four stages of reform and development. The first is to explore the initial stage of reform.
