以八乙烯基倍半硅氧烷(OvPOSS)为原料,过氧乙酸为氧化剂,采用官能团衍生法制备了环氧基倍半硅氧烷(epoxy-POSS)。讨论了过氧化氢浓度、反应时间、反应温度、酸体积比对OvPOSS环氧化程度的影响。结果表明,当酸体积比CH3COOH∶H2O2=0.5∶1,反应温度60℃,回流反应12h,OvPOSS上参加反应的乙烯基平均数为4,并用FT-IR、NMR对产物结构进行了表征。
Epoxy silsesquioxane (epoxy-POSS) was prepared by functional group derivatization using octavvosilsesquioxane (OvPOSS) as raw material and peracetic acid as oxidant. The effects of hydrogen peroxide concentration, reaction time, reaction temperature and acid volume ratio on the degree of epoxidation of OvPOSS were discussed. The results showed that when the volume ratio of CH3COOH to H2O2 was 0.5:1, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the reaction was refluxed for 12h, the average number of vinyl groups participating in the reaction on OvPOSS was 4, and the product structure was characterized by FT-IR and NMR.
