银丝草菇(Volvariella bomycina)是草菇属中的一种木腐真菌,它的营养丰富,味道鲜美,近年来已人工驯化栽培成功,是一种很有发展前途的食用菌。银丝草菇菌丝生长适温为25℃左右,子实体在20~25℃能正常生长,菌丝体在4~5℃冰箱中保存不失活,其生物学特性与其近缘种草菇有明显不同。我们对银丝草菇在琼脂培养基上产生子实体和弹射孢子进行了研究观察,现简报如下:一、材料与方法(一)供试菌株:STC Vo-1和STC Vo-5,由香港中文大学真菌遗传学研究室提供。(二)培养基制备:采用完全培养基,配方是:硫酸镁0.5克,磷酸二氢钾0.46克,磷酸氢二钾1克,蛋白胨2克,酵母膏2克,葡萄糖20克,琼脂20克,维生素B0.5毫克.水1000毫升。配制的培养基置1.1公
