丁腈橡胶是一种广泛使用的合成橡胶,目前应用于各种非轮胎制品。离子注入被认为是一种提高丁腈橡胶表面特性的有效手段,比如降低摩擦系数、提高耐抗性等。最近,为了理解辐照效应对于硫化橡胶的功能特性如摩擦系数和硬度等的影响,利用北京大学离子源测试平台将N~+和H~+注入丁腈橡胶表面进行研究。离子注入完成以后,对丁腈橡胶表面的摩擦系数、硬度、耐热老化性能、摩擦特性以及耐磨损性能进行了分析。
Nitrile rubber is a widely used synthetic rubber currently used in a variety of non-tire products. Ion implantation is considered as an effective means to improve the surface properties of nitrile rubber, such as reducing the friction coefficient and improving the resistance. Recently, in order to understand the effect of irradiation on the functional properties of vulcanized rubber such as friction coefficient and hardness, N ~ + and H ~ + were injected into the surface of nitrile rubber using Peking University ion source test platform. After the ion implantation is completed, the friction coefficient, hardness, heat aging resistance, frictional properties and wear resistance of the nitrile rubber surface are analyzed.
