高职高专院校的教学活动应不同于一般的本科院校,而目前我国高职高专院校普遍存在忽视本类院校性质,盲目效仿普通本科院校教学模式的现象,使得高职高专院校培养高技能人才的目的难以实现,学生意见大,就业困难。结合酒店实践经验,本文从理论教学、企业需求两个角度对高职教育教学中存在的问题及原因进行了详细得分析,以期对正处于改革中的高职高专院校有所启示和帮助。
The teaching activities of higher vocational colleges should be different from the general undergraduate colleges. At present, the phenomenon of neglecting the nature of this university and blindly imitating the teaching mode of ordinary undergraduate colleges exists in our higher vocational colleges, The purpose of cultivating highly skilled personnel in colleges and universities is hard to come by, students have great views and find employment difficult. Combined with the hotel’s practical experience, this article analyzes in detail the problems and causes in higher vocational education from two aspects of theoretical teaching and enterprise’s demand, in the hope of enlightenment and help to the higher vocational colleges that are undergoing reform .
