同志们: 今天召开全省统计系统纪检监察、审计工作会议是贯彻党的十六届三中全会精神和中纪委二次全会精神,落实国家统计局纪检监察工作会议精神。这次会议是我局在新形势下,加强党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的新举措。下面,由驻省统计局纪检组组长郭心一同志作关于省统计系统廉政建设的重要讲话;西宁市统计局局长杨宝林代表各州、地、市统计局作“深化廉政教育、严格监督管理、努力做好新时期纪检监察、审计工作”的发言;省农调队纪检员李西彦作“实事求是、把调查队党风廉政建设进一步推向前进”的发言;下午,黄南州统计局局长潭秀萍同志为我们作“如何当家理财”探讨,局审计所李忠同志作“在新形势下努力做好内部审计工作”的发言。首先,我围绕全省统计系统纪检监察、审计工作讲几点意见: 一、把党风廉政建设提高到一个新起点 “三个代表”重要思想是我们党在新的历史发展
