大厂矿务局东河选厂处理的矿石属锡石-多金属硫化物细脉带型矿石,选别的原则流程为重-浮-重,浮选为全浮-分选。车河选厂为了用石油副产品异丁基黄药取代用粮食生产的丁基黄药,进行了小型试验和工业试验。小型试验的试料取自富系统粗精矿,试料磨细后进行全浮,全浮硫化矿进行铅、锌、硫、砷分离。在全浮作业中,异丁基黄药与丁基黄药的效果相当;在分离作业中,采用异丁基黄药时,锌回收率高、铅回收率低、砷硫分离困
The ore processed by Donghe Electorate of Dachang Mining Administration is cassiterite-polymetallic sulfide vein-type ore. The principle of selection is heavy-float-heavy and the floatation is full float-sorting. In order to replace the butyl xanthate produced from grain with isobutyl xanthate, a by-product of the oil, Chehwa Plant selected small and industrial tests.
