采用凝胶固化和真空烧结手段制备了多孔钛块体材料,借助扫描电子显微镜、热分析仪和电子万能试验机等分析了不同单体浓度对多孔钛凝胶固化、坯体和烧结体力学性能的影响。结果表明:浆料pH值在7~9范围内分散剂柠檬酸铵的分散作用明显;浆料体系中单体质量分数为20%,引发剂过硫酸铵加入量为6mmol/L,氨水加入量为0.1mL,温度为45℃时,其凝胶固化时间为68min;单体质量分数为15%、20%、25%时,所制备坯体的抗弯强度分别为15.2、20.6、24.1MPa;经1 100℃/2h烧结后,烧结体的开孔孔隙度为39.5%。
