一、非洲债务发展简况 1982年世界债务危机爆发以来,发展中国家外债总额逐年增长,1982年为6550亿美元,1987年初超过10000亿美元,1993年底则达到17700亿美元。其中拉美国家外债总额由1982年的2880亿美元升至5130亿美元。非洲国家的外债总量尽管不如拉美,但由于其各国本身经济规模较小,工农业基础薄弱,出口产品单一,相对而言的债务负担

Development of Debt in Africa Since the outbreak of the world debt crisis in 1982, the total foreign debts of developing countries have been increasing year by year, reaching 655 billion U.S. dollars in 1982, exceeding 1,000 billion U.S. dollars in early 1987 and 1,770 billion U.S. dollars by the end of 1993.
